− The apartment is unfit for accommodation due to three fundamental issues: unbearable street noise, a persistent mould smell despite three air fresheners, and the lack of proper ventilation. The windows are at pavement level and cannot be opened without exposing the room directly to passers-by. The only way to get fresh air is by opening the entrance door, which is neither reasonable nor safe. In addition, the property is not accessible, despite being listed as accessible on Booking.com. The owners are not accessible by phone, do not communicate in English, and did not return my repeated calls. I was forced to book alternative accommodation because the apartment was poorly ventilated, had a strong mould smell, and it was difficult to breathe inside. I am requesting a refund. I have videos documenting these conditions.

Odlican smestaj i za parove i za prijatelje

Lokacija apartmana Forum je odlicna,sve je blizu na 15-20 min,muzeji Prado,reina Sofija i Thyssen-Bornemisza su na 400m od apartmana,park Retiro na 10min sve to peske,botanicka basta na 100m od apartmana.

− Apartman se oseca na vlagu,jer je odmah ulaz sa ulice i u blagom suterenu,sto nama nije smetalo drasticno,ali nekome bi mozda bi. U kupatilu bih predlozila da se stave police u tus kabinu kako bi mogli da stavite svoju kozmetiku za tusiranje,falilo nam je jos malo peskira,s obzirom da smo bili 6 noci.Takodje bih preporucila da se postavi jos malo kukica za odlaganje u kupatilu. Svetlo u dnevnom boravku koje se pali na senzor pokreta je malo iritirajuce jer ako uvece zelite da pogledate nesto na TV svetlo bas smeta.Za one kojima smeta buka,apartman je u maloj ulici koja se cini mirna,ali nocu prolaze automobili pored prozora spavace sobe kao i komunalna vozila,pa moze da smeta,posebno ako ste umorni od celodnevnog setanja. Ali svakako su to sitnice u odnosu na celokupan utisak apartmana,Lokacija je izuzetna,lokalnih barova,pekara,marketa bukvalno na par metara od apartmana.

The apartment was very comfortable and everything you needed was there. The location was perfect and the area was very safe. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place that is clean and easy access to many of the main attractions. Also it's very close to a cute French pâtisserie !
