8.0Удобное расположение, рядом есть кафе и магазины. Также недалеко станция метро. Жить и перемещаться по Токио с данной локации было довольно комфортно. В общем, рекомендую!
− Немного тесновато, но для Японии это нормально). Грязный балкон, невозможно выйти.
Relatively fair for two only. Insufficient level of support in case of real issues.
6.0Location, lift availability, plenty cafe and restaurants around, good hot water supply stability, drying facility, good bed linen.
− Poor support in case of issues, dirty AC, sofa requires some cleaning, no ironing facilities, no hair dryer.

4.0地點不錯，離捷運站不算太遠
− 整潔度很差，一進門就看到不明昆蟲2隻，其中一隻是屍體 且訂單是三人，知道會有一人需睡沙發床，但第三人的枕頭被子都還在櫃子裡，且沒有裝上枕頭套及被套 沙發床也很髒，地板和沙發床都有明顯的餅乾屑，不知道有無清潔？ 吹風機非常小隻，風力很小
無櫃檯但入住說明不清楚且有誤，在現場遇到困難後只能被擋在外面傳訊息等住宿方解答
9.0除了我在“不喜歡區留的“入住問題/說明書問題、洗衣機問題外，其餘體驗皆滿意！
− 入住說明的PDF檔順序有點跳，且關鍵的密碼是錯的 導致我到現場後一直試錯，同時還要發訊息給住宿方並只能在原地等待住宿方的回應。拿著行李在大廳來回訊息等待約四十分（並且訊息回覆不是即時的） 第一晚半夜門口傳來連續撞擊巨響，持續許久不間斷，前去查看後發現是洗衣機歪掉，高速運轉的同時一邊撞擊牆面。兩人費了好大的勁才把洗衣機復位。在此聲明，我們並沒有移動過洗衣機（畢竟也移不動），且洗衣量絕對是正常（70%滿），上述洗衣機突發的半夜連續巨響影響到休息心情，也認為肯定有吵到附近住戶... 除了“不喜歡區留的“入住問題/說明書問題、洗衣機問題外，其餘體驗皆滿意

− Eve ilk girdiğimizde temizdi ancak dolabın içinde yorgan yastıklar yerdeydi. yastık lekeliydi ve temiz değildi. Terlik bırakmamışlardı. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli değildi. Konum güzeldi, manzara güzeldi ancak temizlik konusunda aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim :(
