Great place with a great location, but a host trying to be too helpful.
9.0Small but great place with all the needed facilities. Close to the Station and a nice neighborhood.
− Too many autogenerated messages about our stay and Tokyo in general. The important stuff was drowning in other messages.

8.0Très bon emplacement, appartement assez spacieux, très confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires.
− Les seuls points négatifs portent sur la procédure d'entrée qui nécessite de faire un détour dans un bar du coin pour récupérer un code afin d'ouvrir la boîte contenant les clefs sur la porte. C'est assez contraignant de devoir faire un détour pour récupérer ce code, surtout lorsqu'on a des valises à transporter. Le second et dernier point négatif porte sur la proximité à la ligne de train qui vous réveillera le matin. À part cela, je suis entièrement satisfait de mon séjour ici.

10.0I stayed here for just under a week and it was great. For the price it was excellent and everything I expected. The location was great, next to shiinamachi station(a couple minute walk) which gets you to ikebukero quickly, it's an excellent location. The apartment has everything you could need for a stay. The bed is firm but excellent if you sleep on your back.

6.0l’appartement est bien situé et au calme il est fonctionnel et dispose de tout ce dont l’on a besoin le block code à l’entrée est très pratique
− Le matelas est rempli de ressorts qui se sentent énormément impossible de dormir dessus les serviettes mises à disposition étaient pour les cheveux et non pour le corps donc compliqué de se sécher
