− There’s a sign on the property that it’s not for tourist to rent… in short it’s only for local as Barcelona has problem with rental property which the owner never disclosed. There’s a chance that they will kick you out of the property if someone tells that to the authority. You have to pay extra for air conditioned (10€) a day and for washing machine(10€) dryer (5€).

− The shared bathroom was always running out of toilet paper and the hand soap dispenser remained empty for the last five days of my stay

8.0I liked that it was very close to stores and bus stops, the place is clean and the room is just as shown in the pictures.
Location great, otherwise city interesting and overcame lodging issues.

− Toilet seat loose and unfixable. Tiny shower. Four other rooms let, not disclosed prior to reservation. Hostess very curt and unfriendly. Seemed like a dorm room.
