We have stayed here several times for family gatherings, and we always have a great time. The living and dining area is spacious and comfortable, and the three separate bedrooms are perfect for families. Everyone can relax and enjoy time together. Despite being in central Tokyo, the neighborhood has a peaceful atmosphere, with quiet streets that are pleasant to walk, even with small children. The house guide is very detailed and available in multiple languages. The host is always kind and helpful, so I think guests from any country can stay here comfortably. I'm a big fan of this house. I hope many travelers will find this place and enjoy their stay.

北品川駅まで２分程度、品川駅も歩いても行ける距離なのですぐに街に出かけられます。 コンビニやスーパーもすぐそばにあり、広々としたリビングダイニングで友人と楽しく過ごせました。 事前に案内されていた通り、軽く電車の音が聞こえましたが気になるようなものではありませんでした。駅の近くで工事が行われている様子は伺えましたが私たちが宿で過ごしている時間は静かでした。寝室の雰囲気が素敵で寝心地も良く、ぐっすり眠れました。とてもおすすめです！

I stayed here with friends visiting from the UK, and the house was very comfortable for our stay. With three bedrooms, we could each have our own space, and the beds were very comfortable. The living‑dining area was spacious and relaxing, so it was easy to unwind after spending the day outside. We also liked the decorations throughout the house, which gave the place a nice and unique atmosphere. Since my friends arrived at Haneda Airport, getting to the house was simple, and the location near Shinagawa Station made it very convenient to travel around the city.

We stayed with our young child and had a very comfortable time. The house was clean, the facilities felt new, and the open living‑dining area made it easy to relax as a family. Access from Haneda Airport was simple, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. It was close to Shinagawa Station, which made getting around Tokyo very easy.

Amazing spacious villa. More than enough space for a big group including kids. Streaming services available on TV. Very close to the train station, making it easy to get around. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Close to food. Amazing views from balconies and roof. Excellent communication from owner. Very welcoming and accommodating, went above and beyond to make our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend. Well worth it. Biggest place we stayed at while in Japan.
