リピーターです。建物が綺麗でロケーションよく、広めのお部屋はレイアウトがよく使いやすい。

− 食器がプラで安っぽい。初めて6階でしたが廊下がすごく変な臭気で残念でした。ベランダのガラス戸がすごく汚い。あと一工夫なのでホント残念！

숙소는 깨끗했고 편안했습니다. 방 안에 세탁기도 있고 엑스트라 베드도 편했습니다. 준비되어 있는 물품들에 별 부족함이 없이 잘 사용하였고 이용하기에 불편함이 없었습니다. 메시지로 문의할 때 응답도 오래 기다리지 않았습니다.

− 알려주신 키박스 번호가 안맞는 호실이 있어서 조금 어려움을 겪었습니다. 그렇지만 문의에 응답해주시는데 오래 걸리 지 않았는데요. 저희는 일본에 거주하는 지인이 직접 전화를 걸어서 해결해주셔서 큰 도움이 되었지만, 메세지로만 예상치 못한 상황을 소통해야하면 조금 힘들 것 같기는 했습니다. 아무래도 직원이 상주하는 게 아니라서 이 부분은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 몇박을 숙박해도 1인당 수건이 페이스타월, 목욕타월 1개씩 한번만 지급되는 점이 좀 아쉽습니다.

We stayed in the apartment for almost two weeks and had a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a 24-hour 7-Eleven nearby and restaurants, supermarkets, Uniqlo and McDonald's just a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is about 15 minutes from Takadanobaba Station (TS), with an even closer local train stop available. From TS, the Yamanote Line offers easy access to most attractions, with the city center just 10 min. away and places like Asakusa or Ginza reachable in about 45 minutes. Travel never felt long, thanks to comfortable seating after a few stops and well air-conditioned trains As for the self-check-in process, everything went smoothly following the instructions provided. After receiving the key, you tap it against the electronic lock to open the entrance door. The elevator already knows which floor you need to go to and arrives automatically. One tip: if you are traveling with other guests, make sure to scan your key inside the elevator, as this is the only way to access your floor. Keep in mind that you need to turn on the water heater. Regarding the apartment itself, the rooms inside are separated by sliding doors that open in both directions. We moved the doors all the way to one side, which made the space feel much larger. There is a washing machine with a spin cycle, as well as a drying rack that can be moved into the bathroom/balcony to dry clothes. The wardrobe is a separate small room. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and perfect for relaxing. A 24 h 7-Eleven is nearby, while the street with restaurants, supermarkets, Uniqlo and McDonald's is only a 15 min. walk away. We recommend this place and would gladly stay here again ourselves.

− This one had a bit of a dodgy sink in the bathroom area, the towels could be updated to but other than that was perfect!
