− 1. We had to travel by train to a location nowhere near the apartment to get the door code. Then return to the station and get another train to go to the apartment. All this with our luggage. If we had known that just to get access to the apartment would require all that effort and time, I would never have booked this apartment. It took about 2 hours just for this part. 2. The apartment was ridiculously small. It was so small that it could not even fit a table. We had to eat our food sitting on the bed. 3. We could not prepare any meals. There was only 1 pot and insufficient crockery and kitchen utensils. 4. The apartment had not been properly cleaned. There was hair, dust and used tissues under the beds.

Good location, nice new apartment, the washing machine was a lifesaver for us and worked without any problems, the air conditioner was also very useful

− We had problems with the electronic door lock, and we were only able to resolve the issue thanks to the Japanese people who also lived in the building and who were able to reach customer support using a Japanese number. It would be nice to be able to reach them via WhatsApp or something if similar situations happen in the future to tourists who don't have a Japanese SIM card. The apartment was also not very clean; the chandelier above the bed was covered in dust, and there were black hairs all over the floor and in the bathroom. I don't know if they were from the people who stayed there or the cleaning stuff, but it was very unpleasant.

This is a small apartment that’s best suited for 2 people, although it can accommodate up to 3. While the host allows up to 4 guests, it does feel quite cramped. There is only one queen-size bed and one sofa bed, so I think it’s most comfortable for 2 people, or 3 at most. The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It’s also in a convenient location, just a 5–10 minute walk to the nearest JR station. There are convenience stores and a self-service laundry nearby. Overall, it’s a great choice for couples or two travelers looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay.

− The entrance door was very difficult to open. We arrived a bit late, and since check-in was completely self-service with instructions via text only, there was no one to help or call. We ended up being locked outside for almost an hour before we could get in, which was quite stressful. The apartment was fine overall, but the pillows could definitely be replaced as they were old and very thin.

Мені в цілому все сподобалось. Спокійно, чисто, поруч ( 8 хвилин пішки метро, Токіо має зручну транспортну систему ), Великий магазин в 5 хвилинах і малі поруч. Район комфортний для життя + маленькі локальні кафе. Відповідають на запитання швидко і вічливо. Все працює, все на місці як і на фото. Житло добре, розташування зручне. Можна жити довго.

− Важко писати що щось не подобається, бо тут на рівень краще ніж в багатьох країнах Азії. Тому залишу як коментар чи пораду. Пін код для дверей треба було брати за 2 км від житла, хоча це електроний ключ. Це не було написано в описі помешкання і надається перед заселенням. Варто додати до опису, щоб не було сюрпризом. Сказали що працюють над вирішенням цієї проблеми. Японія лоічна і продумана до деталей, але дуже часто сильно консерватинвна. Тому якісь такі речі для зручності, можуть роками бути на опрацювані, але я зустрів таку проблему тільки в цьому помешкані. Ще трохи було захаращень, як для Японії, де все дуже чисто. Може забули пропелісосити туалет, але є пелісос в помешкані- тому саме помешкання в більшості потрібних місцях було чисте. Ще варто більше приділяти увагу фільтрам. Якби я писав відгук про іншу країну- то було б дуже чисто, тому це добрі поради, а не критика.
