7.0A little expensive and I think it’s not valuable to stay there , it’s very cold even the AC was on. But the bed is comfortable. Not too clean but it’s ok .

− It was loud the pictures were old, apartment was dirty the shower was clogged, the area was full of night clubs which is not something you want for a family trip

− NO HOT WATERR. Room was DIRTY. The building smells of paint. The table was dirty. It looks like it was not cleaned. The toilet is dirty. The kitchen is dirty. The bed is thin. Feels like you're gonna sink in it. The room is dirty. Everything is dirty. I did not like the roo. And all.

− No iron, no toothpaste, no yamato transport service because it’s not a hotel (so I sent my luggage to Yamato office in Shibuya) The bed is not very comfortable (for me), same for the couch Old bathroom (with no bidet)
