− ベッドのマットレスが合わなかった バスマットが無かった 風呂の椅子が無かった 洗面台が無いため髪を乾かしたり、メイクする時鏡を小出来なかった カギを暗唱番号付きのケースに入れておくのはよいが、カギの入ったケース自体を第三者に盗られた場合、カギが失くなるという不安があった

Uncomfortable beds, small rooms with unsatisfactory cleanliness

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is relatively new construction.

− In my opinion the beds were very uncomfortable. The walls were so thin that I could hear conversations in the surrounding rooms as well as each passing card on the road. The room was not well cleaned either. I found various things sandwiched between the two thing futons pretending to be a mattress in the bunk bed. I had booked 3 rooms. One of them was relatively large for Japan, but the other two were very small with one of them being absolutely microscopic. The layout was, again in my opinion, no sensical with a desk shoved in a space that was too small to ever use it. I would not stay here again. It was so bad that despite booking 3 rooms for multiple nights we wanted to leave after 5 minutes, but left the next morning. Having to move when we planned to stay for 5 nights essentially ruined a whole day of our trip and cost us a lot of unneeded expense. I was still charged 3x 5,000 yen cleaning fee even though our rooms were not well cleaned to begin with. I cannot recommend this place.
