Average . I would not come back again
5.0Clean
− Old and shared bathroom and only one towel for 3 days
Decent, good location, good communication with host.
7.0The apartment was very clean and the room was bright and cosy. I just didn't realise it is a shared apartment. While it was said under description and amenities, it was not really highlighted anywhere (e.g., in title line) hence it was a bit of disappointment to share the apartment with complete strangers. It would be appropriate for the host to make it very clear and highlight in the title line. other then than it had all the necessary - towels, iron, cutlery, plates, washing machine etc. In amenities it said they have coffee machine, but there was none. I think it is a musty to have a coffee machine and same basic things like coffee, sugar etc.
− no coffee machine, it was a shared apartment.
Good
7.0Location. Clean. Mattress
− Did not like the shared bathroom and toilet, but it was clean. Did not mind the shared kitchen though.
Good for one night but not longer.
5.0The location was very good with quick and easy access to city centre and sights. Easy to reach and accessible for various public transports.
− The staff were not very supportive on the check-in, giving short and curt answers, making us wait till after the time they had advised, only to find they were inside cleaning. Bathrooms were dirty, wash cloths and pegs in the kitchen were filthy and the sugar and salt containers were swapped so made me ruin my morning coffee thanks to placing salt instead of sugar in my mug. Beds were very uncomfortable and noisy. Overall was not that pleasant a place but was enough for one night lay over. Not longer
Exceptional

60 EUR for 5 nights for separate room was incredible deal, but now the prices are not worth it
6.0Great that you don't share room with anyone (unless you travel with friends and you wanna share). There is a corridor, two baths (you can choose), kitchen and a few rooms. I had one with perfect bay window. Unfortunately it was covered with some ugly net (see the pic). Many channels, good TV set. Youtube, Netflix, everything was logged in - perfect. Good hard pillows. Very comfort mattress! Kitchen is not bad equipped! Quite clean bathrooms. Very good system of locking the room doors with e-code. Very quickly reacted to the request to repair the lack of hot water and heating - the master came and repaired. I liked the ancient elevator, just look at it) Location is just perfect, I can't imagine 60 EUR for 5 nights in BCN in general, bu especially at Eixample!
− Was there in mid-January 2025. Warned 4 hours in advance that I would be there at 21:20, not 21:00. The administrator apparently can't read. And she had already started writing that I was late. When she met me downstairs, when going up in the elevator, she began to very rudely and persistently insist that I WRITE DOWN the floor I would be staying on! So arrogant. And then she started to pester me like "will you also remember the code from your room door?" Frankly speaking I didn't understand how come I deserve this. The explanation i got is like some drunk clients often get confused with the floors, and then she (admin) have to run at 3 am to show them their floor. Well, give people a clear note or send clear instructions. Instead, she quickly said everything and left. How am I supposed to perceive this just by hearing? Why to provoke a conflict if you can just give a piece of paper with all instructions if you don't wanna be disturbed at 3 am? For the additional payment of 15€, they gave me no document. Does that mean this money went into someone's pocket? It was wildly cold, even with the radiator on. I had to use 4 blankets. If I hadn't been alone in the room, but with friends, everyone would have frozen to death. Very poor soundproofing from the street, the corridor and the rooms - even earplugs didn't help much. At night, people were crawling, screaming and washing dishes, making noise. Even despite the fact that the ad on Booking strictly warned that there are hours of silence. Why are you writing this if you don't monitor compliance? The towels are very bad, they only smear water on the body, but do not dry. Everything sticks to the frying pans, they are very old. Chaos in communication with the administration. Someone writes on Booking, someone on Telegram, a third on WhatsApp (and she writes without asking, she just found my number and wrote), and someone fourth meets you downstairs. There was no hot water one morning.
