I cut my vacation short because I couldn’t stay longer given the bad treatment. My booking was until 9 Aug, I left 2 Aug
3.0The location is central but the neighborhood is very noisy.
− Check-in was a nightmare. AC broke down mid summer for 5 days, I kept sending emails and kept getting ignored. If you open the window, all kinds of insects will come inside. The “superior” room smells like sewage. Sofas are withered. Cleaners won’t touch the kitchen. Staff don’t care about you, I was there for medical reasons and got treated like trash. The least amount of humanity will not be granted.
Good to know
The cleaning service includes: changing bed linens and bathroom towels (dirty items are removed and replaced with clean ones); sanitizing the bathroom (applying disinfectant to the shower screen, shower, toilet, sink, and cleaning the floor). No cleaning of floors or surfaces is carried out in the rest of the apartment. Trash is not removed. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
