I had booked this accomodation for my family months ago and had not discovered at that time, that available shower and kitchen means shared bathroom and kitchen. But surprisingly we coped it very well. We had a very pleasant welcome and were even be able to check-in sooner, what was very nice for us. We got all the information what we needed. As was already mentioned, kitchen is fully equipped, but I would recommend more smaller plates and more glasses to add. People during their stay are taking it into their rooms, so sometimes you do not find it in the kitchen. Shared bathrooms were clean. The staff is cleaning bathrooms and kitchen every day, not the rooms. We had almost no problem at any time to us the bathroom, but it depends on accommodated people... The flat is well situated, we walked there from the centre or went to Montjuïc also by foot from there. 5 minutes from the Urgell subway station (L1 line).

− Very noisy accommodation, at least in our (largest room) - the noise from the quite busy street was very audible, it was also very loud through the interior doors, so if someone went to the toilet, used the kitchen, it woke me up. But the kids slept well :-) Almost no toilet paper in the morning, but I brought some with me because of the reviews.

The savings is not worth the experience.

It was clean, the room had good space, the bed was comfortable.

− I didn’t realize it was a shared bathroom. The issue is that you are staying in an apartment with other people and all doors are interior doors so you can hear everything. Having people walking around and closing doors makes it very loud even if they were being gentle. The price doesn’t include air conditioner, I was told €10 extra daily.

Good for short stay , central location and Close to trabsportarion and sights.

Full kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms w/ showers was nice. No problem at any time to take a shower or use the bathrrom. Over all look clean. Room 5 is very small, was ok for me for short stay. Was never woken up by others. Close to Urgell subway station or you can take bus from Placa Espanya also to Urgell. Location was nice, closexto restaurants and transport. Not far to walk anywhere really.

− There where no toilet paper during my stay, had to go buy some, no info about this. Check in person was not really friendly. Didnt say Welcome or intruduce her self. Was on the phone on speaker with someone during the whole checkin. Trash in the kitchen was full when I came, was never emptied. In the booking it says AC is included but they tried to charge me extra for this. Just didnt bother with it. Room 5 is facing inwards a small courtyard. Was almost constantly someone smoking down there so was hard to get fresh air thru the window.

− There are hidden fees that you will find out when you decide on the time of settlement. They cheat. Business in Barcelona is conducted underground, because there is no local license. They do not speak English when you check in. You communicate with someone Russian on Telegram. A rental license (HUTB-003664) for another address in Barcelona, ​​which is issued to a company that was declared bankrupt by the court in 2014.

really nice place to spend a few nights. Very convenient for anything and anywhere.

The shared apartment was surprisingly spacious and well equipped. Once inside I really enjoyed my one night stay.

− The check-in procedure. If one of tyhe other people staying in the apartment had not turned up to assist, then I would have really struggled. Too many operators of these apartments are not prepared to turn up at let people in at the agreed time, and this was a prime example.
