9.0El apartamento es muy cómodo. Tenia todo lo necesario. Estaba muy limpio. Y la anfitriona muy amable, te ayuda en todo momento con lo que necesites. La zona es tranquila. A unos 15 minutos andando de la estacion de tren
− No tiene ascensor, para ir con maletas cuesta un poco. La tv no funciona
Good value for the price, clean, and spacious, but very inconvenient for commuting by train.
6.0It was pretty spacious for 3 people.
− The location is awful. It says it’s in Shibuya which is true but there is no train/subway station in the subsect/ward that KKhouse is in. The closest train stations were 15 minute walks in either direction, which got to be very exhausting and made commutes longer than they needed to be. Also in a residential area, not much going on in terms of restaurants or things to do. Commuting from here was very inconvenient.
Estancia perfecta en Tokio
8.0El apartamento es bastante amplio y caben perfectamente 4 personas entre el sofá cama y la cama de matrimonio. La ducha y el baño están separados, lo que es muy cómodo y la cocina es perfectamente funcional. El apartamento está bien comunicado con transporte público y es rápido llegar a Shinjuku. El alojamiento cuenta con lavadora lo cual es muy práctico en viajes largos. También cuenta con TV y el Wifi funciona muy bien. El edificio cuenta con paraguas de cortesía en caso de lluvia y hay una máquina de bebidas en la entrada, además de una tienda de conveniencia a escasos 3 minutos.
− El alojamiento no contaba con ascensor y subir y bajar las maletas se hace complicado, ya que los escalones son altos.
Good place for a couple only
8.010 minutes to metro, nice and calm neighborhood.
− The sofa is not very soft, even with additional futon. The futon which can be used as a third bed is very thin and is not good for sleeping. The area in front of the bathroom is separated only by a curtain, which can cause inconvenience for people.
