This place is very, very compact, has a musty smell inside, but is close to the train.

− There is a musty smell inside. The tiny kitchen could use better silverware and supplies. The place is very, very compact. There is only enough space for one person or two people to share a small bed.
Disappointing
4.0I was looking for a spacious room / apartment thats why I chose this one has a bit more space for luggage while traveling. Toilet/ WC was comfortable. The IC was working. The owner was communicating fast and clear.
− The apartment is a very dark space not like you see in the pictures. The photos show a nice, lovely and cozy room but the reality was FULLY the OPPOSITE. I was very disappointed 😞 wanted to cancel the whole stay in this small dark and not really nice apartment/ room but it wasn't possible. It made my stay in Tokyo for a uncomfortable time where I stayed was simply horrible. The entrance is shabby, the door number is old and shabby. That I couldn't cancel the apartment made my stay in Tokyo, my nights where I couldn't sleep well because I didnt feel comfortable in the dark and old space.

7.0I liked that it was in Koenji, an alternative neighbourhood in Tokyo with a unique culture. The apartment was clean and functional for the most part. The staff was responsive and kind when exchanging messages. Despite the rain and cold weather during our stay, the duvet kept us warm and there was an extra heater.
− The building was much older than expected and in a quieter part of Koenji. The washing machine was outside of the actual room (ground floor) and since it was raining we ended up using a laundromat since there was nowhere to hang our clothes. The cleaning could have been more thorough.
