7.0Conveniently across the street from grocery store, convenience store and train station. Room was equipped with everything you would expect.
− At the time of our stay the building next door was being demolished so very noisy through the Day. The room was very tight and had to climb over the beds.
A comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a convenient location, with everything you need.
9.0The apartment was spacious and well-located, just a short walk from Wakamatsu-Kawada Station. A convenience store and supermarket were also just 2–3 minutes away, making daily essentials easily accessible. The building has an elevator, which made it easy to move around, especially with luggage.
− There wasn’t really anything I disliked. If I had to mention a couple of things, the bathroom was a bit small — but that’s typical for Tokyo apartments and it still served its purpose well. Also, it would have been helpful to have a mirror outside the bathroom, as the only one was inside. That said, the apartment was well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

8.0Property is clean. Apartment is only 2 minutes walk from the subway station. There is a supermarket and two convenient stores within 3 minutes walk. Host is very responsive.
− With a bed-side table in between the two double beds, there is no easy way to reach the bed furthest away from the living area. Also would have loved a dryer for the clothes. However there is coin laundry just 4 minutes walk away.
