9.0公寓樓下便是小超市, 附近也有很多便利店和食店, 距離車站和商場也不遠. 屋內很清潔整齊, 有洗衣機, 咖啡機, 設備齊全的廚房, 基本生活所需設備該有的都有.
− 只有起居室和雙人床的卧室有冷氣機, 在夏天時所有房門都要開著才可以共享冷氣, 若是一家人的話還好, 如果是三對夫婦或情侶就可能有點不方便.
