No pudimos acceder las llaves tardaron en entregarla cerca de 40 minutos y cuando la entraban no entraba en la cerradura. No cogían el teléfono fue desesperante a las doce y media de la noche tuvimos que buscar un hostal nos quedamos tirados en la calle.

− Era horrible,sucio,estaba todo roto ,lleno de bichitos ,cagadas de ratóncillos ,las escaleras no tenían barandilla ,el suelo hacía un ruido tremendo cuando andabas,el baño súper sucio al igual que la cocina no tiene nada que ver con las fotos, no tiene television Todo lo que te diga peor todavía UN HORROR

− Appartamento abbastanza sporco,mobilio rotto,letto rotto praticamente si dormiva con il materasso a terra

La ubicación

− Muy pero que muy sucio. Las llaves me las entregaron a través de Glovo… llamas a la casera y no te responde. El agua caliente dura 5 min como muchos, muy malas instalaciones, además de sucio. Nada confortable, no lo recomiendo para nada…

Ils m’ont annulé ma réservation quand j’étais à 20 min de l’appart, j’ai du cherché un autre appartement à la hâte!!! Une honte de votre part !!

Horrendous check-in. Waited 1.5 hours on curb to get keys. The room was not nice, but was cheap.

Great location.

− Check-in was horrendous. Despite letting the host know when I would arrive, there was nobody to meet me. And I only had an email for communication. After mulitple back and forths and waiting an hour and a half on the sidewalk with my luggage, I gave him my phone number via booking.com email and asked him to call when he got there. I never got a call. Then there was an email saying he was at the front door, followed by a WhatApp that the currier was "waiting a long time". I was aghast! He waited less than 5 minutes! I waited for a 1.5 hours! The currier thought he was delivering Glovo and had an order for someone else for McDonalds. He didn't have my name, and was confused. When i finally got the keys, there was no information on what room it was. I had to listen, knock on doors and try the key in multiple rooms before I found the correct one.
