I booked it as I wanted to be near Tokyo Station

− They would only allow one coffee per day from the machine in the lobby !

Worst experience of my 25 years travelling around the world, was not allowed to check in

− I have been travelling internationally for 25 years and this was by far the worst experience I had. After more than 12 hours of flight from Riyadh to Tokyo, I landed around 1am and reach hotel around 2:30am. Although my room booking was till checkout time of around 11am and still more than 8 hours were left for me to sleep in the room, the receptionist told me that since I did not reach the hotel before mid-night, I could not check in. I offered to book another room so I could sleep but this was also told to be impossible as per their policy. I was not even allowed to use their wifi for 5 minutes to book an alternative hotel. Hence, I was made to walk at 2:30am in the streets looking for a hotel with available room. Pathetic customer service, no sense of hospitality, would not recommend any one to use this hotel

위치는 도쿄역이랑 매우 가까워서 좋았습니다.

− 방내부 에어컨 이 조금 청결이 부족했던거 같은데 사용하는데에는 큰 문제가 없었습니다. 와이파이는 가끔씩 연결이 끊겨서 조금 불편했습니다.

靴を脱いで過ごせるのが、リラックスできてよかった。 YouTubeを無料で大スクリーンで見ることができた。 ベッドの寝心地が良く、しっかり休めた。

− 拡大鏡があったのに、見つけられず、使えなかったのは残念だった。
