It is a quiet, working-class neighborhood. The apartment is small and on the ground floor, which is fine. It is not far from the bus stop and metro—a 5-minute walk. Shops are a bit further away, but still within easy reach.

− One of the bedrooms has no window; this wouldn't be an issue if there were air conditioning in that room, but there isn't. There is a small fan, but honestly, it doesn't do the job when temperatures exceed 40°C. The wardrobe is awful, with black stains. The decorative pillows were dirty. The bathroom looks really nice, but It stinks from the sewer, the ventilation is poor, so the toilet smells really bad—truly terrible. It isn't worth the price they are asking—over 140 euros.

Tenía todos los utensilios de cocina, cafetera, estaba bastante limpio, gel, champú (no había papel, el primer día lo pasamos mal), habían mantas, aire acondicionado, secador de pelo y toallas.

− Olía mal en el baño (no había ventilación), el váter parecía que se iba a caer, en el armario de la basura olía fatal (como si hubieran dejado ahí basura micho tiempo) una de las habitaciones no tenía ventana ni aire (0 ventilación, es ilegal) el sofá cama incómodo (dejarlo para una persona), había moho en el baño pero sobretodo HABÍAN CUCARACHAS PEQUEÑAS y EL CHICO EL DÍA QUE NOS TOCABA IRNOS 5 MIN ANTES DE LA HORA ASIGNADA PARA IRNOS ENTRÓ POR LA PUERTA CON LAS LLAVES, no me llamó, no me escribió, no tocó la puerta, estábamos con las ventanas abiertas, con música y aún así no tuvo la decencia de tocar la puerta y mi hermana estaba en ropa interior, cambiándose para irnos. UNA FALTA DE RESPETO TOTAL, MÍNIMO LLAMAS ANTES PARA ASEGURARTE O TOCAS LA PUERTA. El barrio bastante malo, en el parque de enfrente había gente hasts las tantas, la gente sacaba sus tendederos a la calle, uf, daba miedo.

La limpieza

− La ubicación. Hubo una pelea entre gente del vecindario. La taza del baño sonaba cuando uno se sentaba sobre ella.

La verdad que nos hubiese gustado que tuvieran un poco más de empatía, ya que llegábamos de un viaje de Grecia y llegába

− No a/c in one of the bedrooms. Also the toiletries smelt of sulphur not very pleasant
