Konum olarak çok iyiydi 4 kişi kaldık metroya 8 dakika diyebilirim Oda Japonya’daki odalara göre büyüktü idealdi yani sadece uyumak için kalacaksanız bence iyi 7 eleven hemen kaldığınız evin yanında zaten cadde işlek ve alışveriş içinde ordan da herşeyi alabiliyorsunuz olduğunuz caddede 10 dakika yürüme mesafesiyle dominos göreceksiniz biz sonrada fark ettik yemek yiyemezseniz ordan alabilirsiniz

− İlk gün böcek vardı odada yorumlar doğru 2. Gün hepsi kayboldu anlamadık bizde yatakları kötü değiştirseler bence gayet iyi ideal bir yer zaten uyumak için ve duş almak için zamanınız oluyor bu şekilde düşünürseniz değerlendirebilirsiniz

Nothing, this was a horrible experience. Happy we didn't stay here in the end but couldn't get refund. Host agreed to giving us refund but then declined later that day.

− - location was different to the one on the booking. - apartment dirty, used tissues around the apartment, full dirty bins, crumbs all around the kitchen, host actively cleaning as we walked in. - Host was very unhelpful and rude. - Signs all around the apartment block saying Airbnb visitors not welcome. - Poor communication with the host, wouldn't answer messages or phone calls. -Apartment was too dirty to stay in. - Host agreed to a refund because the place was disgusting but then wouldn't refund us when we tried later that day. - Host pretended on the booking.com chat afterwards that she never showed us the apartment.

Konumu çok iyi. Hem metro duraklarına, hem de shinjukunun hareketli bölgelerine çok yakın. Lokasyon ve fiyatına göre geniş diyebiliriz. (Tabi ki tokyo standartlarında). Tokyoda kalacak yer araştırırken genelde banyo ve tuvaletlerde küf ve kötü koku yorumları okumuştum. Burada öyle bir şeye rastlamadım. Banyosunda küf veya kötü koku yoktu.

− Çok fazla böcek vardı. Fakat tokyoda yaşayan bir arkadaşıma bundan bahsettiğimde genel olarak tokyoda evlerde böceklerin yaygın olduğunu söyledi. O yüzden bunu bir eleştiri olarak değil, konaklamak isteyen diğer insanları bilgilendirmek için yazdım.

− COCKROACH NIGHTMARE. We arrived at the property and killed a couple of small cockroaches but after killing 8 roaches and more just coming and coming, we were forced to leave due to a serious insect infestation. They were getting in our bags and shoes, there were also other small flying insects and cans of bug killer lying around so the owner obviously knows about the problem and is doing nothing. We booked for 4 nights but notified the owner and left after one night because it was a total nightmare. I have many videos and photos which I sent to BOOKING.com but they claim the owner is not replying to their message regarding our case and there is nothing they can do regarding refunding us the nights we did not stay or compensation for having to book and pay for another place. Also, there are posters all over the apartment building and lifts and hallways saying it’s prohibited to have tourist and short term rentals so we also felt really unwelcome.
