8.0This was a great little apartment in the heart of Paris. The kitchen and washer were really helpful in our stay. Communication was good and access was easy. There are a couple grocery stores nearby, and close bakeries for a morning croissant or baguette. Also, easy access to the metro and buses. Be warned, it is on the 5th floor with 85 steps up. Yes, we counted. Also, there is no dryer, just a drying rack for clothes. It worked out, just plan ahead. The bed is a pull-out trundle that opens to make a queen-sized bed for two. No A/C so we kept the windows open. I would stay there again.
