10.0Close to the metro and easy to travel around the city, smaller than in the pictures, and doesn't have an elevator. Overall, great for convenience and kitchen/laundry amenities.

10.0This is a brand new build apartment building. The communication from the management was top tier. You get several pdf with the rules, explanation of ac/water/trash/washing machine/clothes dryer, with pictures to help explain. The trash sorting was easy. Grocery store and pharmacy was with in 6 minute walk. It's a 30 second walk from a subway, and 3 minute walk from a tram.
Good to know
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
