2.0Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience—Avoid at All Costs! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I suffered through three miserable nights in sweltering heat because the AC was broken, and the hotel refused to offer a refund or even a reasonable solution. Sleeping here felt like being trapped in a sauna—except saunas are at least intentional. The room was filthy, with dust, grime, and a musty smell that hit me like a wall the second I walked in. The towels? Dingy, stiff, and questionable at best. The bed? Hard as a rock, making an already unbearable stay even worse. Management was completely indifferent, showing zero concern for their guests' comfort. They knew the AC was broken and still had the audacity to charge full price. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were the last hotel on Earth. Save yourself the misery and book literally anywhere else.

10.0Everything was really good the only thing was we couldn’t get hold of a car park card we contacted the company on 3 separate occasions, they kept promising we never did get one.
