4.0To begin we stayed in the property for 5 days and 4 nights. The room was extremely small, with barely enough room to squeeze around the bed. Additionally, the bathroom is a shared communal bathroom and was not advertised as such. The listing also stated that AC and washer/dryer was included in the rental but we were forced to pay 10 Euro’s per night that we wanted to use the AC and an additional 15 Euros to utilize the washer/dryer. The air conditioning unit seems to be on its very last legs as it randomly starts screeching and gurgling with ungodly noises every 30 minutes. These noises made it next to impossible to get a decent nights sleep. Also, we were not able to wash our own clothes and instead were told to leave 15 euros with our clothes and they would be washed. We only had 20 Euros so we left that with the clothes and the hosts ended up pocketing the extra 5 Euros instead of returning it to us. I don’t know about you but I don’t take to kindly to theft. Lastly there was loud construction noises going from 0900 to 1700 every day that we were there. The only positive to this stay was the proximity to the sights and attractions available in Barcelona.

4.0Along with a shared kitchen, this place has a shared bathroom which is not advertised. I would not have stayed there if I knew that. I felt like I was intruding on the residents of the building.. I don’t like leaving unfavourable reviews but in this case I feel it important to highlight the shared bathroom
