10.0The rooms were very clean and super comfortable. Our host Cindy was very helpful and was literally a phone call away. She was always reachable and ready to help. The location of the apartment was super great and was accessible from the metro. There were grocery stores nearby. Overall a great experience.

4.0The air conditioner didn't work. Hot as hell and hades is hot. No bueno. No cutting board to chop vegetables. No paper towels. Just a room really. No shelf in the shower to put shampoo on. No jabon to wash up. Just hand soap. I paid 139 dollars a night for this? What a rip off.
