10.0Highly recommend! The hotel is very new. Very clean and well equipped. Location is very safe and upscale, only a few blocks away from Champs-Elysee and high-end shopping. We were given a portable AC which required the window to be open for fresh air, but that didn't bother us too much. The church bells across the street rings every 15 min starting at 8am until the early evening, so that could be a problem for late wakers perhaps. Rooms are slightly small, typical of Paris. Bathroom was bigger than expected. Only slight issue with the shower since there is no door and a very small lip to prevent water from seeping out. I imagine this is more a problem for cleaners and maintenance longer term. Ousman was wonderful to deal with. He was very kind and extremely attentive to our needs.

6.0The rooms are nice, but the service is just ok. The reception is not very friendly, but I guess that's just Paris culture.
