6.0I think this could be a great property. Just give some better furniture, make sure lighting and switches work, clean rooms daily, improve breakfast a lot, add better signage for first arrival, fix boom noise in ramp at main level as you hear that at night. We thought with a few improvements and a much better breakfast, that the value could equal the service and that would confirm the price. As is, it was a little expense and my back is a little sore from the mattress. These are easy fixes. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.
