Overall very pleasant stay
10.0The room is spacious and clean. It's a new hotel, everything looks tidy and new. Staff were very friendly and check in and out process was smooth. Shower temperature was a bit inconsistent as it turns cold for a few seconds before it's back to warm temperature. There is a nepresso coffee machine in the room but no kettle in the room and no way to get hot water. Location is 1 minute away from Suanzes metro station. However it is quite far from Madrid city centre (takes at least 30 minutes to get there). It's only 15 minutes taxi from the airport so it's very convenient for catching a flight.

8.0Frühstück und Pool größtenteils zu überlaufen. Klimaanlage hat übel gerochen, wurde aber schnell behoben.

2.0I prepaid for breakfast but on the Saturday morning there was no food at 9am. The desk manager explained that they had only planned for 10 breakfasts but had sold 20 more.
