10.0The staff were really friendly. They kept our luggage for about a week so we can tour other cities Japan. Train stations were a little far but its okay. Don't mind walking. Close to markets and temples

10.0The room was so cool and refreshing on a very hot day. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure and temperature was good. There is a shared kitchen and laundry on 2F, our room was 3F, only stairs, no elevator, but we packed light so that was not an issue for us. Just right for our 2 night stay.
