Honest review: we just returned from our stay today, and some points to know - Sardenya apartment is well located and in a nice area. Entrance and atrium are clean and nice. -They give free juice and some snacks and coffee (Nespresso machine with pods) in the apartment for you - Condition inside apartment: kitchen, living room and bedrooms are fine (fine as in not the same standard from pics but still clean and useable) BUT the bath tub has corrosion and some disgusting looking marks on it. As if someone put some plaster that corroded and then some marks that looked like burn marks- so very off putting and didn’t want to shower there or use the tub! Oddly enough you couldn’t shower without holding the hand held piece as there is no proper adjustable holder for it - We told the property management company (Olala homes) who apologised and showed us another close by property to move to asap which we thought was fair, HOWEVER it was EXTREMELY deceptive as when we packed up to go two streets away the building was an old property that smelt- from pics you’d assume it was a newly renovated one like Sardenya. So customer service was honestly that they are receptive and respond however their solutions and some employees are very rude. Point is they are professional hosts and a proper company, but the standard isn’t what you’d expect. If you’re ok with the bathroom situation then you’ll be ok here. They did have the mentioned iron, etc and other amenities which was good.
