10.0Managers and all staff in this property are very friendly and nice. My family and I received best service. The bell person, front desk and house keeping are amazing. Also, we used a tour service stationed in the hotel and we were glad we did. Muhammad was our tour guide and he gave us superior service with down to earth attitude. We left the property happy and energized with a lot of great memory touring many attractions with help of our guide Muhammad. We will definitely use them next time we visit Dubai.
Grand Ambassador is a Hidden Gem!
10.0Thank you so much for our stay in Bur Dubai. I wanted to extend my stay and continue being there. The staff made the hotel stay a lot better, the rooms have been re-done and is comparable to a good Hilton Room. I'm terrible with names, but everyone at reception (3-4 guys and 2 girls) + bell boys and the gentleman by the lift were very accommodating and helpful. Love their hospitality and service.
