10.0A lovely, clean, and well-maintained apartment with a modern feel. The management team is extremely responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and comfortable living experience. Its convenient location near the metro makes commuting easy and adds to the overall appeal of the property.

10.0The property is located 15 min walk from Emirates Towers metro. There are cafes, shops and other facilities nearby the property. The building is well kept/maintained, really clean and modern. Unfortunately the pool at the building is closed for repair during our visit. The staff are welcoming and really helpful, communication is fast and responsive. The room itself has all give required items in the kitchen including washing machine and dishwater which make the stay very comfortable.
Good to know
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as an outdoor pool or take in the view from a terrace and a garden.
