8.0It had all the amenities we needed for a 10 day stay. It was spacious. The kitchen was useful. It was very spacious with a separate sitting and area, large shower/washing area with extra seperate room for the toilet.It was in a fairly quiet neighbourhood even though it's in Tokyo close to many central locations. There were a few minor issues. We had trouble with our door lock. The remote code didn't work and then when they gave us another code it wouldn't lock. It took them several days to fix. The check-in process is inconvenient when you arrive. It is done on a touch pad remotely in a small entrance area, and takes a long time in an area that is very hot. Even though we were there for 10 days we were only given one set of towels each, although they gave us more when we requested it and didn't charge us anything because of the trouble we had with the door lock. There is a washer/dryer all-in-one machine which was great once we actually figured out how to use it thanks to Google Translate for all the buttons. But it takes a long time even on a short cycle. You should just turn it on when you go out for the day and it's washed and dried when you come back. The toilet room smelled bad until we plugged the drain n the small sink. These were all just minor issues. The facility was excellent and was good value for a large city like Tokyo. It would be hard to find a better room at a normal price. The building is brand new.

10.0We absolutely loved Ken's Place at Azabu-Juban! The unit was immaculately CLEAN! It was brand new! It was well organized, very bright, loved the layout and the 2-single bed room. The area is quiet and a stone's throw away from.Lawson. The subway is nearby. It is an upscale neighborhood. It is very safe even when walking late at night. Highly recommended and would be booking here again when we return to Tokyo! Thank you for a great experience!
Good to know
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
