3.0The property managers were kind, the place was clean and a desk was great.
− No hot water, the drain was plugged the the shower & bathroom sink. The property managers didn't come to fix as they stated they had too little staff. Their is no steam room, as advertised. There are limited dishes & the coffee pods were the wrong kind. We stay in places around the world and this stay was one of the stays we disliked most.
