4.0Not fully equipped kitchen at all. Many items not available. Chairs not comfortable. Main issue was communication. We asked for people to attend on certain occasions and they let us down by not attending or attending late. Even on the day of departure we asked for them to attend at a certain time with our deposit and they promised twice or three times they would be there but were 30 mins late. They will not give you a number of a person in the building so you have to communicate via WhatsApp in Pakistan I believe.
