It's a scam! They are very unprofessional!!

− We booked using booking.com with an offer only for the rate to change more than 3X what was offered !😤 . tried writing to them even before arrival and they couldn't explain why! SCAM! Upon arrival the reception didn't seem to know what accommodation we were talking about 😡 and the lady receptionist was Not even willing to help, Mind you they don't have WIFI in the reception area so you can't chat with the owners about the miscommunication! to speak to the owners at this point to get things sorted. The security personnel are the ones who hot-spotted us to be able to communicate. Obnoxious rules about lights😳 no cleaning staff for all 5 nights! We had to stay with our trash in the house for the time! No sheets change... I would say that you take at your own risk.

10.0The apartment is well equipped, everything is very clean, the staff is friendly. Two bathrooms are perfect for 4 people. And the bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable. The grocery store in the house is also a big plus, the pool with a jacuzzi on the roof is a great bonus.

Please note that In order to keep your reservation, that at least 1 day before check-in: 1- All guests need to provide passport copies, 2- Pay Damage Deposit, 3- Specify the exact check in time within the allowed Check-in and check-out times.
4-Please note that the guest who made the booking must also sign/approve the contract agrement .
