− One of the most disappointing stays I have experienced. Important restrictions were not disclosed before booking, customer service was poor, and our privacy was repeatedly disturbed before checkout. We were treated as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. The entire experience fell far below expectations and did not reflect the standards advertised. I will not be booking with this property again.

8.0We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment at Amwaj Royal Residence by Anantara for two nights, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The property is managed by Eden Homes and Villas, and the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication prior to arrival was smooth, and check-in was seamless. We were warmly welcomed by their Guest Relations Officer, Ms. Moe, who completed the final check-in formalities and personally showed us around the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered stunning sea views. It also provided convenient access to the pool and beach, making our stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary Wi-Fi and reserved parking were additional conveniences that added to the overall comfort of our stay. We were extremely pleased with the service, professionalism, and attention to detail provided by Eden Homes and Villas. We would highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Very happy with this apartment and resort!
10.0Spacious two-bedroom apartment with big balcony and great view over the resort. The lagoon pool was amazing for the kids. Can recommend the cafe at the South Residence entrance for breakfast (not included).
