10.0Nous avons séjourner dans ce super appartement franchement tout était parfait dès le checking avec M.Streyas qui c'est très bien occupé de nous . L'appartement est équipé de tout . Les enfants ont adoré l'idée du billard. L'emplacement juste super a proximité de tout (restaurants. Café. Supermarket. .. boulevard JBR . Je reviendrai dans cette appartement pour mes prochaines vacances dans aucune hésitation. Et encore merci à l'équipe qui etait très réactive sur whatsapp.
Definitely not worth the price & definitely will not be staying here again. Huge disappointment given the price tag

− Pictures make the apartment seem way nicer than it actually is. In a very busy part of Dubai so getting to the apartment/leaving it is not the most convenient thing to do. If you like a cool apartment, keep in mind that the apartment temperature doesn’t go below 21-22 deg C “due to building chilled water system”. **Important Note** They charge a hefty deposit fee to be refunded after check out subject to final inspections of the apartment. However, it was only refunded to me a month later when I noticed that the amount is still missing and called/messaged them about it. So be very careful with this point!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment
9.0The location is comfortable, excellent playground for kids, shops, restaurants, hairdressers, massage salons are all there, close and handy. Even the 3rd floor has sea view. Pool table is a special joy&attraction for kids.
− The noise of construction right under the balcony. Long wait for the elevators.
