The view is awesome.

− The staff are irresponsible and poorly trained and educated on how to treat guests.(Not everyone though) They refused me to check in while I came in the evening because they haven’t collected from me the deposit on the apartment, I agreed on giving them the deposit when they arrive, because they don’t stay at the property, but they refused and I have to wait for over an hour for them to come to collect the deposit first and then let me in, The access cards don’t work, not for the main building or the other facilities and later after five times writing and complaining with them and with the security at the reception, they finally activated it, to this day, five days in and the parking card isn’t activated, I had my checkout after 5days, I wanted to extend, they offered me a rate we agreed on a price, they refused to clean the apartment or send me new bed sheets, requesting 300AED for cleaning. I ordered a cleaning company online for 150AED. I have been renting with different companies, This is the worst company ever, They don’t care about their guests and they just want to charge for anything you would ask from them.

The views are really jaw dropping. Amazing location to stay for a couple of days . Everything is really near . Both Marina and JBL beach .

Very well located apartment. The area was a bit too busy for us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Maison Privee Hotel in Dubai Marina, and I can't recommend it highly enough! One of the standout features of my stay was the breathtaking view from my apartment in the 34th floor. Overlooking the marina, the scenery was nothing short of spectacular, especially at sunset when the skyline lit up in a stunning display of colors. It created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to Mr. Mohammed Sheherayar for his exceptional hospitality. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made my experience even more memorable. He truly embodies the spirit of excellent service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for. Overall, my stay at Maison Privee was delightful, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable experience in Dubai!
