− لقد قمت بالغاء الحجز بسبب تصرف موظفين الاستقبال لم يكونوا مساعدين لا انصح اي شخص بالحجز في هذا الفندق
-Not value for money, very expensive and no coomunication with host at ll.

− -the host showed up 1 hr late & the call centre number they responded when ever they wanted., no proper communications. -overall expereince was bad with the host.

− Je had enkel zon van 12 tot 2 u dan verdween de zon volledig achter het tegenovergestelde gebouw waardoor je hele dag geen zon had. Verwarmde bad was niet verwarmd voor de kinderen tot 6 maal gevraagd om er iets aan te doen maar niks. De kipramen van de accommodatie waren stuk allemaal waardoor je de appartement niet kon verluchten zeer slecht voor de hyghiene. Stofzuiger was stuk waardoor je het huis niet deftig kon proper maken. In de fitnesszaal na de stormregen werden er gewoon emmers geplaats het regende door de plafond. De verblijf heeft geen moeite gedaan om ons verblijf goe te maken en reageerde op niets.
