7.0The studio was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and superbly equipped with all essential amenities. The showers boasted excellent water pressure, a crucial factor for my satisfaction.
− I strongly believe that the security deposit policy is unreasonable. It's quite absurd to pay a security deposit of 1,500 AED ($400) which, in my situation, exceeded the total cost of my 2-night stay. However, the real problem lies in the fact that it can take up to 14 days to receive a refund. In my opinion, the security deposit should be returned promptly, perhaps within 2 to 3 days after check-out, especially considering the substantial amount. For brief stays lasting only 2 to 3 days, I don't see the value in this policy.
