Avoid this place if you value cleanliness, comfort, and honest service – our holiday was completely
1.0The only thing we liked was the view from the window – everything else was a huge disappointment.
− We stayed at a villa managed by EDENS Homes and Villas, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. When we arrived, we had to wait over 30 minutes at reception just to get registered. There was no queue, but the staff couldn't find the necessary documents. Once we moved in, we immediately noticed the villa was full of insects. My children were scared, and the next day we contacted the EDENS team. At first, they sent three men who simply cleaned the area. Only after several complaints did someone come with sprays to kill the insects. They disappeared for a while, but the whole situation was disturbing. The listing clearly stated that we had access to a gym, but when I went there, I was told that access required extra payment. EDENS Homes and Villas claimed it wasn’t included and we had to pay more. This was misleading and unacceptable. The pool was dirty, the water wasn't being filtered, and there was trash all around the pool area. I had to complain multiple times before anyone came to clean it. We also had no hot water in the showers on the upper floor. When we reported it, the staff laughed and told us to “just turn the faucet the other way.” When we mentioned the insects again, we were told to “close the doors so they don't come in.” That’s not the kind of service you expect when paying premium prices. This place completely ruined our holiday. If you care about hygiene, comfort, and decent customer service, I strongly advise against staying at this villa. This is not a luxury home – it felt more like a low-budget hostel with poor management. On top of everything, our security deposit has still not been refunded, even though it was supposed to be returned after we checked out. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
