8.0It was almost steril clean as the apartment is brand new. All the amenities were there, but there were no tea/coffee set although in our pre-checkin conversation they assured me they will be available.
− Unfortunately, the room was not the one I saw on the photo. Also keep in mind that there is a construction site all around the building so the only way to get in or out is by a taxi.

10.0Perfeito. Tudo novo , limpo e organizado. Decoração ótima: minimalista e clean. Há uma linda piscina com espreguiçadeiras no térreo. Vista para o Burj Khalifa. Não há metro próximo que possa ir andando, mas táxi em Dubai é muito barato e há sempre táxis parado em Frente ao hotel. De táxi até o Dubai Mall é 10 minutos. Também há uma hamburgueria 24horas ao lado do prédio , e um mini supermercado com boa variedade que esta a 2 minutos do prédio.
− Nada a reclamar. Recomendo e voltarei.
