Nothing Except the building and location which i used to go serval times before but not to this appartment

− This was by far the worst stay I have ever experienced in the UAE. The problems started from the moment I checked in. The apartment was completely different from the photos advertised on Booking.com. The listing contained misleading and false information. Only one photo of the living room was actually real, hidden at the very end of the gallery. Almost every other photo was completely different from what was provided. It honestly felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. To make matters worse, they require a 2,000 AED security deposit before you even get the chance to see the apartment, which makes it much harder for guests to walk away once they discover the reality of the property. The cleanliness was also below acceptable standards. However, the biggest issue was the parking situation. The property advertises parking as an included amenity, yet no parking was actually available. After a long and frustrating struggle, they finally assigned me a parking space that apparently belonged to someone else. That person later blocked my car for several hours, preventing me from leaving. After numerous attempts to resolve the situation, he arrived and started arguing aggressively with me and raising his voice. The situation escalated to the point where building security had to intervene and confirmed that I was not at fault. I paid the full first night’s rate hoping to enjoy my Eid holiday in Dubai, but because of this incident, I was unable to go anywhere and ended up spending my time dealing with unnecessary stress and conflict. The nightmare continued during the night. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms were malfunctioning. The rooms were extremely hot, and the AC units produced loud, constant noise. I could not sleep until around 6 a.m. The next day, when I requested repairs, the maintenance team informed me that they needed parts and additional time, meaning the issue would not be resolved until the following day.

Bardzo czysty i dobrze zlokalizowany obiekt. Mega przestronny a z obu sypialni rozpościera się piękny widok na wodę. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, nie mam się do czego przyczepić. Obsluga też na wysokim poziome, z Panem był stały kontakt. Basen i siłownia wszystko dostępne. Z balkonu widok na Ain Dubai

− Oczywiście nie była to wina właściciela lecz trwające za oknem roboty budowlane generujące hałas trochę męczyły ale nie było tragedii
