10.0Great stay, very clean and spacious apartment, perfect location and beautiful marina view. Direct elevator access to the marina promenade, with boats and many restaurants just outside. The host and staff were very helpful and responsive.

− בעלת הדירה חייבה אותנו ב100 דולר על גביע זכוכית פשוט שנמכר בחוץ אולי ב15 דולר שנשבר בגלל משב רוח שנכנס מהמרפסת. הסברנו לבעלת הדירה אך כלום לא עזר הרגשנו עקיצה וגנבה מאיתנו! לעולם לא נחזור להתארח בדירה הזו. בנוסף לא מנקים את הדירה במהלך השהות בה לא מחליפים מגבות ולא מרוקנים פחים!!!!

10.0Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt in der Marina nahe der Metro. Viele Supermärkte können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Apartment ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet mit einzigartiger Aussicht. Der General Manager ist durchgehend erreichbar, äußerst hilfsbereit und die ganze Abwicklung von Buchung bis Schlüsselübergabe hat unkompliziert funktioniert (zB über WhatsApp Chat).

10.0Everything was perfect! The apartment is bright, clean, and the main admire is the view - it’s really incredible! The staff were super friendly and helped us check in quickly. WiFi was also working well. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
− No ATM machine inside the building, you need to go 5 min to nearest shop to withdraw cash

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 350 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigaret butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
