10.0Дуже все просто із рецепцією, нікого немає, все робиться з автоматом👍🏻 У номері все необхідне: кондиціонер, вода, серветки, холодильник, дзеркало, навіть чайник електричний, і свій wifi. Ванна кімната - сусідні двери, дуже зручна, також великі пляшечки з шампунем,гелем для душі, туалетний папір, !!3 рушники!!!(в інших економ готелях був один або два максимум)і що здивувало це пральний порошок! це справді часом дуже потрібна річ. 100/10

8.0Read first the bad things. Functional room: comfy bed with AC and bathroom utilities. I’ve seen hostels offering beds for the same price, so we could say this is a nice deal, specially if you are a couple. In addition, when I arrived to Bangkok, outside of office hours, they still responded to their whatsapp.
− As soon as I reserved I got a message saying there was a overbooking error and I could receive a refund or be rebooked to “The Hidden Sao Chingcha”. I accepted the change but there was no reply in that regard. The day before check-in, I asked about it via their whatsapp number and I was directed to the original hotel. When I arrived, the self check-in machine wasn’t working and had to contact them. Then they redirected me to the new hotel. There, the housekeeper helped me with the key and everything went smooth from there.
