10.0We arrived on a super hot weekend in Paris the host of The apartment had kindly installed an air-conditioning unit and made the room super comfortable for us. The shower was brilliant and the bed was very comfortable two things that I am fairly picky about. The location is absolutely superb about a one minute walk away from all the vibrant restaurants and bars yet it is tucked away so there was no noise at night and we got a peaceful night sleep. The host was additionally very transparent and good with communication. If we ever returned to Paris, which I’m sure we will in the next couple of years, we will definitely stay here again.
− The only thing I would say is the apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a building. We had two big suitcases weighing about 30 kg each so if you are carrying heavy luggage bear in mind there is no elevator.

− La nostra esperienza è stata estremamente negativa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la cassetta delle chiavi aperta, in modo diverso da quanto indicato nelle istruzioni ricevute. Successivamente abbiamo riscontrato che la serratura della camera da letto era stata manomessa, circostanza che ha generato serie preoccupazioni riguardo alla sicurezza dell’appartamento. Inoltre, le condizioni igieniche della struttura erano molto al di sotto delle aspettative: erano presenti polvere, sporco e una generale mancanza di pulizia. A causa delle problematiche legate alla sicurezza e alle condizioni dell’alloggio, non ci siamo sentiti tranquilli nel proseguire il soggiorno e abbiamo deciso di lasciare l’appartamento con due giorni di anticipo rispetto alla data prevista di check-out. Abbiamo immediatamente segnalato la situazione all’assistenza clienti di Booking.

7.0L'emplacement est super , rue calme et proche des transports en commun. Parking, restaurants, boulangeries également proche. Studio simple et efficace, une clim a été mise a disposition dans la chambre et c'était super agréable
− La salle de bain mériterait un gros nettoyage.

La taxe de séjour a été demandée en espèces pour frauder ET MAINTENANT 1 MOIS APRÈS IL ME PRÉLÈVE SANS PRÉVENIR LA CAUTION DE 350 € ALORS QU IL N Y A JAMAIS EU D ÉTAT DES LIEUX ET QUE LE LOGEMENT A ÉTÉ RENDU IMPECCABLE Je saisis le tribunal pour pratiques commerciales malveillantes. A fuir !
− Je n'ai eu l'adresse du logement qu'une demi-heure mon arrivée, hyper stressant ! Je n'ai pas eu le logement à l'heure prévue contractuellement La mise en relation avec l'intermédiaire jean baptiste manager de cosycoon qui m'a fait du chantage et des commentaires désobligeants La télévision ne fonctionnait pas Même pas un thé ou café à disposition en arrivant
