3.0اعجبتني الصاله المعيشه و حارس أمن كان جيدا بالكلام و متفهم
− اخذت شقه من 4 غرف و غرفه مكيفها حار جدا و لم يتم تصليحه ووجدت في الغرفه مروحه يعني كانوا يعرفون انه المكيف عطلان ولكن لم يتم تصليحه و لم يغيروا لي الشقه و بعض الغرف غير نضيفه و غبار عليها و لا يوجد مساعد لحمل الحقايب

3.0الشقه نظيفه وكبيره
− لم يعجبني لايوجد اي خدمات تقدم يجب تخدم نفسك وكان الشي متعب لان احمل الاغراض والحقائب بمفردي ولا يوجد عربانات ولا اي مساعده والذي صدمني هو مبلغ التامين كثر جدا واطريت ان ادفع مبلغ الذي. كنت سوف اصرفه لتامين ولم استمتع لان المبلغ دفع كامل لتامين وهذا شي كثير لماذا التامين لا يكون مبلغ بحدود 1000 ولماذا تم اخذ مبلغ 3000 ازعجني هذا الشي وانا دافعه لشقه لحدود3000 غير التامين المبلغ كامل 6000 الالاف وتقريبا لماذا
Appartement bien situé , belle vue , agréable . Bien pour une grande famille .
8.0Emplacement sympa , pas loin de la balade de la marina , mais il faut prendre un taxi quand même parce que l’appartement n’est pas du bon côté. Mais il a la vue sur le canal et sur la mer . C’est très agréable
− L’appartement demande à être un peu rafraîchi. Il est très spacieux , il y a 2 salons mais il nécéssite un peu de maintenance . Par contre , le service technique est rapide et efficace . La caution de 3000 dirhams est restituée 14 à 21 jours après le séjour . Je ne trouve pas cela très normal . Le delai est trop long . Nous n’avons pas pu profiter des terrasses des chambres , elles étaient défectueuses et devaient rentrer en travaux .

− بخصوص الشقة جدااا قديمه و المرافق بها تكسير و اعطال و للاسف تم سحب مبلغ كبير ك تأمين من قبلهم و على ان يتم ارجاعه خلال يومين و لم يتم ذلك الا بعد رفع بلاغ
