I stayed here with my family — 4 adults and 2 children — and our stay was absolutely wonderful. Although we arrived quite early, we were able to check in early at 10:30 AM because the apartment was available. I would like to thank the host for this kind gesture. Access to the property and entry cards was very easy. The moment I walked into the apartment, I was amazed. It was spotless, bright, and beautifully maintained. Every main room had stunning views overlooking the marina. One of the bedrooms had its own en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms shared the main bathroom. There was also a small single room with its own private bathroom. Having this room located near the entrance was very convenient, especially when returning from the beach, as we could use that bathroom immediately without bringing sand or dirt through the rest of the apartment. The entire property was exceptionally clean. Before arriving, I had read a few negative comments regarding cleanliness and was a little concerned, but those concerns proved completely unfounded. The apartment was immaculate. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Its location offers what is, in my opinion, the best view in the entire marina. I honestly do not think there is another apartment in the marina with a better view. While many properties have buildings or other obstacles partially blocking their views, this apartment enjoys a completely unobstructed panoramic view of the marina. The air conditioning worked continuously and kept the apartment comfortably cool at all times. Most importantly, the property has direct access to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The building’s shadow covered the pool and beach until around midday. This kept the pool and beach area pleasantly shaded during the morning hours, making it much more comfortable for swimming I would highly recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

Der Aufenthalt im Maison Privée war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend und der Ausblick einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Wir sind gegen 1 Uhr nachts angekommen und konnten dank der Anweisungen problemlos in die Wohnung gelangen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Möbel und Betten sind insgesamt von guter Qualität. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit: Der Boden sowie der Teppich im Wohnzimmer waren leider nicht ganz sauber. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei schöne Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit direktem Zugang zum Badezimmer. Ein weiteres Badezimmer befindet sich im Flur, dieses roch etwas unangenehm und wies leichte Schimmelstellen auf. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein kleines Zimmer, das – wie wir später festgestellt haben – offenbar als Angestelltenzimmer gedacht ist und über ein eigenes kleines Badezimmer verfügt. Auf Booking wird die Wohnung für bis zu sieben Personen angeboten, allerdings ist das Bett in diesem kleinen Zimmer für einen Erwachsenen nicht geeignet. Es handelt sich um ein Klappbett, bei dem man die Stangen im Rücken spürt. Für ein Kind wäre es eventuell nutzbar, für Erwachsene jedoch nicht zumutbar. Die Kommunikation mit Malik gestaltete sich etwas schwierig. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob meine Anfragen immer richtig verstanden wurden, jedoch hat er sich bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 15. Stock. In der Küche ist grundsätzlich alles vorhanden, allerdings gab es keinen Kaffee für die Kaffeemaschine und auch keine Mülltüten. Nach Rücksprache hat Malik uns Mülltüten bringen lassen.

− Заселили в 16 часов . Ужасно грязные апартаменты . Депозит не вернули обманули сказали пятна на диване . Хотя там ужас грязно . Списали сразу депозит с карты не заблокировали как делают везде за ведомо не хотели возвращать . Обманщики

The apartment is centrally located on JBR, first row to the sea. Access to the beach and swimming pools is quick and easy. Excellent cocktails and food are served on the beach. The view from the apartment is fantastic. Each room (3+1) has its own bathroom. The gym is also well equipped, new with a view of the sea. In the immediate vicinity there are many shops and good restaurants and The Walk. Highly recommended by all means!
