7.0Amazing location. Directly above the mall.
− There were no consumables included. No salt. No pepper. No dishwasher tablets. No washing up liquid. No tea towel. No dish cloth. No coffee pods. No bin bags. No paper towels. It would be nice just to have some basics to get us through the first night. I had to buy everything and then leave most of it for the next person hoping it won’t be taken away.

1.0− I booked this apartment and then they informed us that this apartment is already booked and they will give us another one the apartment was located in souq albahar and we have to walk to Dubai mall lucky us that the fountain was under maintenance otherwise we won’t be able to walk to Dubai mall comfortably , the one contacted us asked which time would you like to check out and when I requested late check out he refused!!!! Even the house keeping was rude he rings the bell and said your time is finished this is the first and last time for me to book with this company
